We got Graynose in December of 2016. We have many creative names for chickens….I guess we ran out of creative names for the rabbits!
Bolt joined our family June of 2019. Someone found him in the middle of the street and he needed a a foster home. We fostered him while his rescuers searched for his home. His home was not found so we adopted him. Once we determined he didn’t have owners looking for him we neutered him because Graynose is female and we didn’t want to have a future generation of rabbits. Graynose and Bolt live in the chicken enclosure. They live in peace with the chickens. The rabbits can’t reach the chicken food and the chickens can’t eat their larger alfalfa pellets…perfect match.
